This unique workshop spread over three full days - 13th to 15th December 2024 (Friday to Sunday) along with Pre & Post workshop events falling on 12th & 16th December 2024 would offer a retreat from the hustle and bustle of busy city lives and nerve wrecking professional works done by law enforcement, armed forces and emergency/disaster management personnel around the world.

Involving active participation from the attendees, this program would comprise of pre/post individual/group assessments, ice breaking activities, lectures, group discussions, group advise/tips/tricks, individual & group therapy sessions, private/group consultations and offer best strategies for coping with profession related stresses in order to live a mentally healthy life. Local sightseeing/Field visits and stress busting activities would also be a part of the program. The entire program would be customized keeping in mind law enforcement (police, crime investigators, forensic investigators, lawyers, judiciary, etc.), armed forces (army, navy, air force, paramilitary, etc.) and emergency/disaster management personnel and their super hectic professional lives constantly being surrounded by negative influences like - heinous crimes, terrorism & security issues, loss of human lives, human rights issues, mental and physical torture & traumas, and like wise, along with having less time and opportunities at hand for self care, self help, mental & physical relaxtion, taking care of self diet & nutrition, general mental & physical wellbeing, mental & physical healthcare, and, dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) that many of them knowingly or unknowingly suffer through!

Mental health experts; psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, therapists, from India and various other countries around the world would join us, share their experiences and offer detailed advice in order to help the attendees deal with their mental & emotional issues in the best possible way!

The workshop would be taking place in the peaceful and serene setting of a very well-known hill station in the State of Himachal Pradesh, India - the town of 'Kufri' in famous Shimla district of the State, offering majestic views of the Himalayas, surrounded by tons of Apple orchards along with Apricots and other dry fruit farms, snow clad mountain peaks, quaint villages, forests & lush green valleys, numerous varieties of flora and fauna, extended quietness spread over miles with nothing but birds breaking the silence from time to time. Over and above all, the cool, misty, awesome weather offered by the so called 'snow queen-Kufri' during the early winter season with silent breeze blowing around all the time, and clouds hovering over the hills & valleys bringing along drops of rain every now & then! Icing on the cake - chances to witness early snowfall during this time of the year!

This one-of-a-kind workshop is open to both currently in-service and retired law enforcement professionals/forensics/Lawyers/judiciary, armed forces/paramilitary, and, emergency/disaster management personnel from any country around the world! Other professionals may also be considered in special cases if really interested in attending this workshop.

Important Dates & Program Fee:

·   Deadline for Workshop Fee submission (via NEFT, UPI, International Wire Transfer, Cash Deposit into Bank Account) is also NOW EXTENDED to: Friday – 06th December 2024.

Workshop Fee Details:

·    Workshop Registration Fee (for on-ground participation)*: INR 06,000/- [Indian Rupees Six Thousand only] for Indian Nationals or its equivalent in US Dollars (for International Registrants) per person.

·     Accommodation + Meals Package** Actual Cost: INR 15,000/- [Indian Rupees Fifteen Thousand only] or its equivalent in US Dollars (for International Registrants) per person for Double occupancy (twin sharing) 4 Star hotel accommodation. This package cost is also applicable to Accompanying Persons/Spouses/Family Members/Kids (above 12 Years)/Etc. NOT participating in the actual workshop but accompanying a participant to Kufri for the workshop. It is not recommended for Kids below 12 years to accompany the participants for this workshop.

·    All Inclusive Workshop Discounted Fee (including Registration Fee & Accommodation + Meals Package) *** : INR 19,000/- [Indian Rupees Nineteen Thousand only] per person  or its equivalent in US Dollars (for International Registrants).

·     Workshop Registration Fee (for online participation)*: INR 03,000/- [Indian Rupees Three Thousand only] for Indian Nationals or its equivalent in US Dollars (for International Registrants) per person. Online participation is recommended for International participants who are unable to attend in-person. Online participation gives access to limited workshop sessions. Field trips, on-ground events, inauguration/valedictory ceremonies, etc are not included. 'E-Certificate of Attendance' would be provided. Other details to be provided upon registration.     'WORKSHOP INTAKE IS LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF 50 SEATS FOR ON-GROUND PARTICIPATION. REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST COME BASIS, CONTINGENT TO WORKSHOP FEE SUBMISSION.' ONLINE REGISTRATION IS UNLIMITED!

*Workshop Registration Fee (per person) includes Three working Lunches (on 13th,14th& 15th December 2024) & Six Tea/Coffee Breaks during the entire workshop, registration & workshop material, certificate of participation, group photograph, participation in all workshop sessions & therapies, participation in inauguration & valedictory ceremonies, workshop visits/activities, and transportation for round trip transfers (from venue of workshop to any conference related activities/visits). No transportation for any other reason, No other meals, and any kind of Accommodation or other additional facilities included in ‘Accommodation+meals’ Package or 'All inclusive' Package would be applicable to these participants.

**Accommodation + Meals Package Actual Cost (per person) includes:- 4 Star Hotel Accommodation in Kufri for four nights & five days (twin sharing or double occupancy basis) - Check in : 12th Dec 2024 & Check out : 16th Dec 2024, four breakfasts, three lunches and four dinners, four evening teas/coffees, and round trip hotel transfers (from central meeting point in Kufri to venue of accommodation provided by us).

***All Inclusive Workshop Discounted Fee provides access to additional inclusions like - Mocktails & Welcome Reception Dinner, Talent Night & Sit-down Dinner, Farewell Dinner, Bonfire & Barbeque Dinner, and, Cultural Events, along with obviously all inclusions offered with the Registration Fee and Accommodation + Meal Package stated above.

Accompanying Persons with any Workshop Registrants and Workshop Registrants NOT taking our accommodation package ARE ALSO ALLOWED to partcipate in these dinners/evening events for an additional cost (to be paid on-spot). Please inquire with us for more information. Accompanying persons can also participate in certain workshop field activities/trips for additional costs. Details would be provided upon request.

Kindly note that your travel [airfare/rail fare/bus fare/taxi fare/other transportation from your home country/city of travel (within India or abroad)] to Kufri is NOT included in the Accommodation + Meals Package Cost or Registration Fee or All Inclusive Fee and would have to be additionally borne by the participants themselves. Any Visa related costs (for international participants) and obtaining a valid Visa to India would also be the participants' own responsibility. This office would also not bear any health or travel insurance or other health or travel related costs for the duration of this event and related trip. The same is applicable to all accompanying persons as well.
